Our Process
How it works
Consult
Meet us at the studio or by video call to talk through your date, venues and vision. In the studio, you can see and touch the flowers for yourself.
Your Proposal
An itemised quote and mood board, sent to your inbox the same day.
Secure Your Date
A 20% deposit locks in your date, and your agreement follows by email.
Final Details
Six weeks out, a short form confirms timings and any changes to your design.
Approve Your Palette
About three weeks out, we begin your florals and send photos of your colour and flower selection for your approval.
The Day
We deliver, style and pack down, so the day is yours to enjoy. Your bouquet and personal flowers are yours to keep.

why one fine daisy exists
I'm Courtney, founder and lead designer. I started One Fine Daisy after my own wedding, when I couldn't bring myself to throw the flowers out at the end of the night. Back then, faux flowers looked too fake to consider.
They don't anymore. I've spent years sourcing blooms that pass for fresh, and pairing them with the real greenery faux can't imitate. Since 2022 I've designed flowers for more than 180 couples.
The moment I work towards is a bride seeing her flowers for the first time and not believing they aren't real.
As a Melbourne mum who has planned a wedding herself, I built the studio to be the florist I wished I'd had.
